HOW DOES IT WORK:

• The customer arrives at the cash desk, chooses the menu and pays, the Cashier takes a disk and delivers it to the customer;From now on the witchboard display the nr. of the delivered disk appears and the timer appears.
• The customer goes to sit at any table andplace the Disk Pager on the Rfid mat with the table number; The table number appears on the switchboard display combined with the nr of the disk delivered.
• The kitchen sees on the Switchboard display the list of all the disk with the combination of the tables where it is the various customers are seated; A timer indicates the time elapsed since delivery at the disk case; The display shows three color codes in based on waiting time (green, yellow, red).
• When the dish is ready, the kitchen can choose between these two service modes:
  a) The waiter will bring the dish to the table (Table Tracking function) 
  or
  b) Call the disk to collect the plate from the customer (Call Customer function).
• Data storage for management STATISTICS: nr. daily orders, average waiting time daily
